Four years in, I've made a decision that changes the shape of this newsletter.

For most of that time, I've run two things in parallel: a media business (the podcast, newsletter, and events) and a training business (the skill-development platform and consulting). 

Both have grown. But splitting focus across both means neither gets everything it deserves.

So for the first time, I'm going 80/20. The media side gets the lion's share.

The goal is simple to say and hard to earn: I want to build the most trusted educational media brand in recruitment. Every piece of content we create now passes one test before it goes out.

Is this valuable enough that a recruiter would share it in their team's Slack or Teams channel?

If yes, it goes out. If not, it gets better first.
